Single Channel Dvr Why Wont My LCD TV Auto Detect Any Cable Channels?

Why wont my LCD TV auto detect any cable channels? - single channel dvr

I bought a Samsung 32 "LCD TV and I can not control auto-sensing channels through my cable box DVR. If I directly connect to the source coaxil no problem ... but when I try to identify the channels through the DVR box, it does not detect a two single! coax plug into the TV (atn1 and ATN2) I do not know if it's a defect or what, but I tried both. Does anybody you know everything you see here ?
